the location was acceptable, right in the heart of things. you couldn't miss all the billboards.
i'll admit, i wasn't thrilled with my room. it felt more like a closet than a relaxing space. and the elevators? always seemed like a strategic game of waiting.

the breakfast experience was awful. breakfast came in boxes with paper plates, plastic cutlery, and no proper glasses or cups. this setup is environmentally irresponsible and unpleasant.

the location was good, placing me near many attractions.
The room felt small. Storage was minimal. i also found the lack of complimentary water disappointing, especially since i had to purchase it. the elevators required two transfers to reach my floor, and this became inconvenient. the restaurant's limited menu did not appeal to me.

my stay had some hiccups. the coffee machine in the room lacked instructions, a minor but frustrating detail (i really wanted that morning coffee!). there was also no milk provided. the room temperature dipped significantly during the night. i requested instructions, milk, and extra bedding, but my request was never addressed. i found this lack of follow-up quite disappointing.

the staff was super friendly and helped me a lot. i especially loved the modern facilities. the room i had was quiet and well-appointed. plus, it was spacious for a city hotel room!!!
the nespresso capsules in the room were not replaced, so i didn't have coffee after the first day. also, there were no glasses in the room or even a pen or paper, which i found inconvenient.

The location is special. It put me right near many attractions. The staff was helpful with directions. My room was very clean. The bathroom included modern fixtures and plenty of space. I enjoyed the convenience this stay gave.
The elevators did have some waiting times during peak hours, a slight inconvenience to my schedule.
